All Adani on-roll employees and their families are eligible to enter this talent show. Only one entry is allowed per employee ID. A family member may participate individually or form a team with other family members or colleagues. Please note that a family member employed by another corporate may take part only in a family team.

Illustration: Reet is an Adani employee. Under Reet’s Employee ID, only one entry is permitted. Reet, her spouse, their children and Reet’s parents are eligible to participate, either individually or as a family team.

Illustration 2: Reet, Robin, Arpita and Diya are Adani employees who want to team up. They can all participate together as a single entry using the employee ID of any one of them. However, all 4 of them will be ineligible to submit another entry.

To enter the contest, you must first register for Amazing Adanians S2. Both registration and entry are possible only through GSA Connect.

The GSA Connect app is available on Play Store and App Store. Download the app, enter your details and you will receive a one-time password (OTP). Once logged in, you will see the Register Now button on the homepage. Tap on it, enter your details – and, voila, you’re registered.

When you’re ready to upload your recorded video (your contest entry), open GSA Connect and upload your entry.

To register herself, she must download the GSA Connect app from Play Store or App Store. After opening the app and logging in, she should accurately enter her employee email address (reet.neema@adani.com), with no spaces between the letters, and press Submit. She must then enter the one-time password (OTP) received on her employee e-mail id. Tap on Submit – and, voila, you’re registered.

To upload her entry, she should click on the ‘star’ button at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions.

Missing the registration deadline means you miss the opportunity to compete. So, do register yourself on time (26 April 2025 to 7 May 2025).

Yes, the talent show has four different categories: Dancing, Singing, Instrumental, and Others. If a participant is submitting a performance under Others, they must describe their performance in one word. Additionally, this performance should be replicable on stage.

Illustration: Anu is an Adani employee. She registered her performance under Others, describing it as Painting. She should keep in mind that if she is selected, she should be able to paint on stage within the time allowed during the contest.

Participants are not limited to the mentioned categories. There is an option to register under Others, where you can specify your unique talent.

Any form of talent is accepted for the talent show, provided it aligns with our values, does not pose any obvious risk to the performers or the audience, and can be replicated on stage for subsequent rounds.

Interns and external partners are not eligible to participate. Only Adani-on roll employees are eligible to participate.

• The video must be recorded in landscape mode.
• The video file size must not exceed 200 MB.
• The video should be no longer than 2 minutes.

Changes to the submitted video are not possible as it’s a one-time submission.

Participants must bring all the props they need for their performance. Additionally, please inform the organizing team in advance if any special props or special effects are needed. 

Participants are required to specify their requirements in advance to facilitate arrangements.

Stage crew will be available to assist performers with any stage-related requirements or technical issues.

Predict & Win offers all our employees watching the show a chance to participate. If they correctly predict the top 4 contestants of the episode, they will be eligible for a lucky draw and stand a chance to win Rs. 25,000!

For the final rounds, the qualifiers will have to report to Adani Corporate House, Ahmedabad.

Participants will be informed of the results after the shortlisting is completed.
